The best players I have seen to play against us has to be Drogba and Rooney for the quick thinking and skill.
This has to be purely on your own opinion and I suppose a few names will raise eyebrows but Would be interesting to see what players you had in mind

Players that do well against us are usually the ones who have been shit all season and desperately need a goal/good game

Rooney pretty much always scores against us as well. Beckham always used to turn it on against us too
Id put henry in there too for that goal he scored for arsenal which signalled the start of our demise into relegation. Henry was a ridiculously good player

Surely it has to be Paul Hilton. Played against us in Bury's defence when we beat them 10 - 0, and John Lyall went out and bought him!

My Dad always says it was Denis Law's performance in the FA Cup replay in 1960. The pitch was frozen and the game was played in the middle of a snowstorm.
While everyone else looked like Bambi on ice, Law glided around the pitch like it was a summer's day.
